Fox News Channel 10 located in Phoenix, AZ welcomed the 2006 Class X Scottsdale Association of REALTORS Leadership Program to their studios for an in-depth education on what makes Fox News a     vital part of our community. (Cheryl Menayas, rear right)

SAAR Leadership program, selections made upon completion of interviews of candidates and committee concensus, initially mirrored its program to its counterpart conducted by the city of Scottsdale and then has enhanced it to the nth degree. It is highly educational and encourages members to participate in all facets of city life, continually generating new leaders for the community. I am proud to be a graduate.

People don't talk about it a lot. But finding the right real estate agent can be the difference between a happy, stress-free home buying or selling experience, and an unhappy, stressful experience.

First, you'll want an agent ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. I can and will do that.

Second, you'll want an agent with the education, background and experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. With my experience in real estate and  the expertise and track record of success you'll need. I have obtained a GRI designation, held by less than 5% of REALTORS, as well as the MRE designation, Master of Real Estate. I also just graduated this month, November 2006, from the Scottsdale Association of Realtors Leadership Program all to provide you the greatest customer service in a very competitive market. My education continues with the just completed e-PRO designation in February 2007. The distinctions do count in today's market.

Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch. I will also promote your listing on my websites including www.McDowellMountainRanch.biz and can not only arrange to have it advertised on potentially hundreds of other local real estate websites but also automatically feed the listing to Point2 Homes, Google Base, Yahoo! Classifieds, LiveDeal, Propsmart, Oodle, Trulia and more major homes marketplaces that get millions of visitors monthly!
