After marrying and getting a degree in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Binghamton, I worked for IBM. With a baby daughter at home, I sought other ways of making income so I could spend time with my new family.

Real estate easily became my life long passion. It started in New York with a few wise investments into raw land. After taking on the task of a series of subdivisions, with a process that was lengthy and exhausting at times, I learned very valuable real estate lessons, enhancing my understanding of land topography, elements of soil and water tests and knowledge of mortgage options and creative financing. I interfaced with a seemingly unlimited array of land surveyors, road construction and other related land development service personnel. To insure continued positive equity appreciation, I created deed restrictions or CC and R’s which were appropriately fashioned for the community’s needs. I also helped design and build as well as renovate several homes which further improved my understanding of all the facets of real estate. Following my personal experience with real estate, I became a REALTOR® in New York as well. In 1993, I moved to Arizona where I fell in love with the desert and its beautiful weather. I switched gears and started a wholesale gift import business, operating from a Phoenix warehouse for about 9 years. With that, I gained valuable insight into the commercial rental market and business enterprise which helped to expand my base of knowledge, enabling me to comprehend a variety of clients needs.

Until recently, I held a Florida real estate license, acquired in 2004 while enjoying a waterfront home that my husband and I renovated from top to bottom. It recently sold for almost 3 times the investment, learning a thing or two about good water and bad. I have continued my education obtaining the GRI designation, Graduate of REALTOR® Institute, and the MRE designation, Master of Real Estate. Other certifications and designations include the AHWD designation, At home with diversity, a Fair Housing designation and the RECS designation, real estate cyberspace specialist providing my clients with the latest internet marketing for their property. I completed the e-PRO designation as well which will further enable me to provide added internet service to my customers.  As a Scottsdale resident with a home in McDowell Mountain Ranch, I am ready to serve a variety of needs including Luxury Second Home needs. I also was selected to be a member of the 2006 Class X of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS Leadership Program. I graduated November 17, 2006!
